What is the DISC Profile Certification – Customized?
Customized DISC Training Certifications from DISCcert includes fully-personalized one-on-one coaching as well as independent learning activities.
The DISC Train-the-Training Certification – Customizsed program empowers trainers, coaches, consultants to understand the DISC assessment model in depth, facilitate using the DISC learning tools, and then leverage these training skills to their personal and organizational goals.
DISC Training Certification – Customized is a Learning Option.
Many DISC Trainers have indicated it is difficult to attend our 2-day DISC Training Certification – Classroom and have requested a Customized learning alternative, that will eliminate the time and expense of travel.
Our customized training certification program allows participants to learn in a convenient, practical and engaging atmosphere. We’ll design a customized certification schedule around your availability.
The DISC Training Certification – Customized, approximately 15 hours to complete, combines a wide-range of DISC – based training resources and materials with customized DISC phone coaching.
Attendees of the DISC Training Certification – Customized Program Will Receive
- Over $1,100 of the most current and successful DISC training resources for trainers, coaches, consultants, that will position you for optimum performance for all types of DISC formats.
- Customized telephone coaching sessions are sixty minutes. All five of your sessions will be with a Master DISC Trainer.
- Flexibility with your schedule. We create the Customized certification schedule based on your availability. The Coaching Sessions will take place at the times that work best for you.
Process of the DISC Training Certification – Customized
- Engage in your first DISC telephone coaching session (1 of 5 sixty minute phone discussions) with your Master Trainer. The agenda is compromised of discussing the objectives of your forthcoming DISC Training Certification program as well as scheduling your four additional telephone discussions.
- Complete The DISCself Online Profile Report and print the results on your printer (black or color.) The DISCself Online Profile Report. Once your report is printed, complete page 12, The Summary Page.
- Engage in your second DISC telephone coaching session (2nd out of 5) with your Master DISC Trainer. Agenda includes discussion of the DISC model, concepts, and a debrief your DISC Report.
- Read the E-DISC Book, People Smarts. Review Facilitator’s Guide, Tab 3, “Applications”. Prepare a list of potential applications.
- Complete the Action Plan, on page 23 of your Online DISCself Report. You will compete the Action Plan based on your perception of another person’s behavior. Then write your communication plan for increasing your communication success with that person.
- Engage in 3rd phone train-the-trainer coaching session (3rd out of 5) with your Master DISC Trainer.
You will discuss your list of applications and your Communications Action Plan and learn how to use your DISC Admin Site. - Administer and interpret/debrief an Online DISCself Report to another person.
- Review your DISC Facilitation System and incorporate into your Instructional Design a preliminary outline for your upcoming DISC session. Review Exam questions.
- Engage in 4th phone coaching session (4th out of 5) with your Master DISC Trainer to accomplish the following:
- Discuss your experience with administering the Online DISCself Report.
- Assist you with your DISC training plan (outline, learning activities, and facilitation questions.)
- Design a reinforcement program to keep the DISC profiling concepts alive in your organization.
- Conduct your DISC training session. Complete the exam an send to your Master DISC Trainer.
- Make a follow-up coaching call (5th out of 5) to your Master DISC Trainer to discuss your DISC training experience and to further refine your seminar and to review your Exam.
- Complete an online certification program evaluation. (You will receive your DISC training certificate upon completion.)
